All-inclusive Pool Maintenance Plan: The Defender of Madeira Beach Pool Owners

Our All-inclusive Pool Maintenance Plan provides very thorough weekly service to Madeira Beach Florida swimming pool. Under the All-inclusive Plan you just maintain the adequate water level, let the pool equipment run, and contact us of any problems. The Sunny Guys Pool & Spa stands by our work.

Customers wanting to save a little bit each month can consider our Basic Pool Maintenance Plan if you don't mind doing a few regular tasks. Review the checklist below showing the service duties of What Our Company Does vs What the Customer Does for the All-inclusive Plan.

What Our Company Does

We test your pool water and apply the correct chemicals and minerals to keep your water in excellent condition.
We keep your pool water healthy and treat any algae. Algae Free Guarantee.
We brush your pool (tiles, walls, steps).
We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.
We clean your pool sweep wall screen.
We vacuum your pool.
We empty your pool skimmer and pump baskets.
We check your pool equipment.
We net your pool.
We backwash your filter on regular basis.
We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).
We verify your swimming pool cleaner operation.

What the Customer Does

Keep the pool equipment working approving repairs when necessary.
Report any detection of swimming pool issues.
Maintain adequate water level.

Things to Know

Stabilizer treatments quarterly.
There might be additional startup charges for initial cleaning & treatment.
Monthly price is based on a four week billing cycle.
All-inclusive Pool Maintenance Equipment and Chemicals

Customers can downgrade service plans from All-inclusive to Basic just contact us process the change.


Stabilizers Treatments & Filter Cleanings

Seasonal filter cleanings and stabilizer boosts are necessary for most pools in Florida. A few times per year we need to boost the stabilizer, remove phosphates and perform a filter cleaning with acid. We charge $49 quarterly for our stabilizer package for customers on our weekly service plans.
